Cognos Excel report tab Issue using & Sing

Problem : I have faced issue "& " sign cognos excel report tab naming example 'Sales & Service'.
Solution : Just remove & sing just put and.
                 Example: Wrong : 'Sales & Service'
                                 Right : 'Sales and Service'
