Cognos 11- Meta data for cube did not load. contact administrator. - when package not load and having error

Error : Meta data for cube did not load. contact administrator.

Solution:

• To to data source in cognos configuration
• Go to propeties
• Go to connection string
• Edit connection strting
• 2 radio bottom click on "Click on all applicable namespaces(Including unsecured PowerCubes)"
